Russia’s military center for innovation in drone warfare has delivered more strikes against Ukrainian incursion forces in Kursk Region, according to footage released by the Defense Ministry in Moscow.
Defense Minister Andrey Belousov launched the Rubicon center in August to streamline field-testing of new techniques that Russian troops develop during battle. The Russian military regularly releases footage showcasing its combat engagements, the latest of which was published on Friday.

Earlier in the week, the ministry shared a video which included two different engagements in Kursk Region. In one, an armored car was destroyed in a field, while the other showed a drone hitting a truck which was towing a trailer.

Ukrainian forces have suffered significant losses in their Kursk Region operation since crossing the Russian border in August, according to Moscow. Russian troops have inflicted some 36,600 casualties and destroyed thousands of Ukrainian vehicles and heavy weapons, including more than 1,200 armored cars, the ministry estimated on Friday.
Kiev claims that its troops need to remain in Kursk Region so that the seized land could serve as a bargaining chip in eventual peace talks. The size of the land under Ukrainian control has dwindled by roughly half in four months, according to media estimates on both sides.
