A military aircraft has crashed into a residential building in the Russian city of Irkutsk in southeast Siberia, Governor Igor Kobzev said on Sunday.
The plane crashed into a two-story building, Kobzev wrote on Telegram, adding that there is so far no information on possible casualties.
The Emergencies Ministry has said the aircraft was a Sukhoi Su-30 two-seat multi-role fighter, which went down during a test flight.
